Ahhhh Congrats!! I forgot to answer your question about Pearson's bedding. We bought the bumpers at Joann's. It's just a bumper pad pack. It's not too expensive, especially if you use a coupon. We didn't use zippers. We just sewed the top and bottom, stuffed the pads in, then hand stiched the sides.
He seems to be happy with his new status!
