I did it!

I know, I said I would have pictures up by Friday, but hey, I'm only two days late... sorry. So we did both of our walk through this past week, and with all the things the inspector found, it looks like we will be in the house no later than the 8th! So that's exciting! So here are some pictures, I'll try to just put up the self explanatory ones... we're really excited, can't wait to get our stuff from PA, and go buy new stuff too!

OH BOY! We've been busy!

Well for those of you who don't know. WE BOUGHT A HOUSE!!!! It's in Murphy, just east of Plano, and we hope to be in by the first week in July. It's a brand new build, which isn't even actaully done yet, but should be this week, they just had some final things to do. Like put the skirt on my new JACUZZI tub!!! And also hang some blinds, and finish the back patio that we requested with our offer. It's nice buying a new home from a builder, you can get them to do stuff like that!! We are very excited, and so the next step is getting to PA to meet with a mover, so we have stuff to put into our new place! Though new furniture will need to be purchased, becuase this hosue is more than twice the size of the one in PA! Gotta love TX real estate prices! I hope to have some picture by Friday on here, I have some but can't seem to transfer them to the computer becuase the cord isn't working!!!

In other news, today was our Dr. Appointment with the new dr here. He was great, really nice, sat us down to talk to us, and was awesome. We were hoping that he would do an ultra sound so that we could maybe get a glipse of the sex, and well... HE DID!!!!!!!!!

Let's just say, our SON, is not a shy little boy. There was no doubt about it. We're having a little boy! It was an amazing experience to see the look on Adam's face. He was so proud of himself, for creating a boy. I once made the mistake of telling him that the man is 100 % responsible for the sex, which is true, but still. He was so excited, when we were walking out of the office, it ran right into a tree! But don't tell him I said that! So now I have to start thinking about little boy things!!! As well as getting into our new home... I've got a nursery to create!!!

Under Contract!

That's right, as of Saturday morning, our house is under contract!!! It's great news!!! Closing date is set for July 30 if all goes well! So we'll be making our final journey to Philly sometime mid- July to be there for the movers. With this great news, we begin our house hunting here. Tonight, we're heading out to Frisco to look at perspective dwellings for us. It should be a great time.

On the baby front: I realized I didn't really give to many details, so here is a short answer list for everyone!!

1. YES YES YES, this was planned, though it did happen faster than expected, we were very fortunate, but it was 100% planned.

2. I'm due December 10, which puts me at about 15 weeks.

3. YES we are going to find out what we are having, Adam asks almost everyday if we can find out!! It's pretty cute, but not as cute as when he rubs the belly. I love him!

4. NO we don't have a preference. I think it's a girl ( I wanna buy cute dresses and shoes, what can I say) Adam doesn't care either way, neither do I in the long run!

5. I lucked out with little to no morning sickness.

6.I feel great, though I know I'm going to be a huge pregnant person, because I'm already pretty bug for 15 weeks. ESPECIALLY after I eat. It's ridiculous!

7. Yes we have some names picked out but nothing set in stone yet.

I have my first appointment with a Dr. here next week, who knows MAYBE, we will find out the sex then? Cross your fingers!

Fat Pants...

Sadly, I'm already to the point where I need them. All I have to say is that Maternity pants are AMAZING, and I might not ever go back to a button and a zipper! The jeans even come in Petits, so I didn't have to have them altered. Last week, the # 1 thing on my mom and I's to-do list was get some maternity pants, and check out the crib that we wanted( which of course we found a new one we liked, but I think that we are going with the one we originally went to look at). So off to the mall we went, where I got a pair of jeans, shorts, dress and a top. I'm telling you, they are amazing. Then this week Adam, me and my mother-in-law were going shopping mfor ADAM, and we came across a store called Pickles and Ice Cream, of course it was maternity, so we just HAD to stop in there, where I got 4 dresses another top and another pair of shorts. They have very cute stuff, and a website... http://www.picklesandicecream.com/. Anywho.

Adam is making some progress on getting a job, so we will hopefully * cross your fingers* start looking at some houses in the next week or so. We did get an offer on our house in PA, though it was for a measly 300K, which of course we did not accept, so hopefully we get some more rolling in, since we just lowered the price. Cross your fingers for us!!!

A family of SIX...

Yup that's us... If you count that animals... only 3 if you don't!!!

ADAM AND I ARE HAVING A BABYYYYYYYYY....

Yup that's right, it's been sooooo hard to keep this a secret and not slip up and say anything, which is why I haven't blogged in a long time, but I'm back now, and will try my hardest not to turn this into a Baby Fenner blog but it might just happen, so I'll say sorry in advance!

I tried to take a picture of our little one, but I can't seem to find a cord to transfer them to the computer so you will have to take my word for it!!! I'll try again later!

We made it...

Wow, the month of May was a really bad one for me as far as blogging goes. Sorry about that, but as I said, I guess I didn't have too much to share!! We made our three day drive home, and it is good to be in Texas. Our animals were absolutely amazing. It made the trip that much easier, not having to deal with a 60 pound dog trying to sit in your lap, like he did on the way there 2 years ago!:) We've been here just adjusting to the weather, and going to all the the restaurants that we have missed in the last few years. We've already hit up, Cafe Max and Great Outdoors. No where good for dinner yet, but I'm sure it'll happen. Tonight we're heading to a Rough Riders game, then next week to a Rangers game. Funny how neither one of us like baseball, but we won't turn down free tickets!:) haha...
