Tuesday: Buffalo Chicken Quinoa, Salad

Wednesday: Light Shrimp scampi, Pasta, Salad

Thursday: Penne with Chicken Sausage and spinach, salad

Friday: Leftovers or take out

Saturday Breakfast: Ricotta pancakes with a berry compote

Saturday Dinner: Oven chicken fajitas, black beans, Mexican rice

Sunday Breakfast: Ham cups with Fruit

Sunday: Family dinner
